As well as stunning good looks, the lighweight exhausts deliver exceptional power gains, with no loss of power across the range. As well aiming for horsepower gains, TiForce have worked hard to smooth out the torque curve to improve throttle response and give instant acceleration in any gear.

TiForce slip on exhausts are supplied with titanium oval canister assemblies with titanium link pipes. It’s not unusual to see gains on a par with competitors’ full systems.

Let’s talk about the noise. Although TiForce systems are not yet "e" marked, they can be used on quiet track days. The oval canisters have straight-through baffle cores and produce some of the most awesome sounds this side of a MotoGP bike: A deep, mellow rumble through to a sweet high-pitched scream at a maximum of 98 decibels. All this is achieved without compromising the horsepower, a common compromise on "quiet" systems. Road Use - suitable for road use as the silencing device on the 2006/2007 R6 is not situated in the end can.

Materials

• All titanium tubing used is of the highest spec and is relatively thick .040" (1mm).
• The surface of the canisters have been treated with chemical polish to achieve a beautiful shine whilst giving a higher resistance to corrosion.

Using TiForce exhausts in the UK

• All systems are currently marked for "Competition" use only. However, the limit of 98dB makes them suitable for "quiet" track days.
• Suitable for road use as on the 2006/2007 YZF R6 the silencer is located hidden away underneath the engine and is not part of the end can.

Fitting and Maintenance

• All systems are thoroughly tested for fitment and require no modifications to body work. Where any changes are made, e.g. radiator clearance, parts are supplied in the kit.
• Systems are supplied in several pieces. Assembly on the bike is as easy as making all the spring connections. All existing exhaust mounting points are used.
• Once fitted the systems are virtually maintenance free.
