SUPERBIKE SERIES
THE ULTIMATE ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT CHAIN
D.I.D X-Ring reduces friction by twisting between the side plates instead of being squashed. Normal O-Rings and other makers’ modified O-Rings have squashed points that increase friction. The twisting resilience of the X-Ring’s four sections greatly increases its sealing performance. This keeps the dirt out and the lubrication in much better than any other O-Ring. X-Rings have the greatest wear resistance of any other type of O-Ring or Non-O-Ring chain
- D.I.D’s X-Ring is about 50% lower friction and delivers 50% to 100% longer wear resistance.
- D.I.D’s X-Ring twists under pressure from the side plates reducing friction compared to other type squashed designs.
- Special low-friciton "X" type O-ring is used to increase performance and provide better sealing to keep dirt out and lubrication in. Superior strength to combat breakage.
- ZVM chains feature gold side plates.
- The D.I.D. ZVM 530 X-Ring chain is one of the strongest available offering 10,400 pound tensile strength. This was originally made as a replacement for the Hayabusa and ZX-12 R.
- You can expect a much longer life span and much less stretching with this chain over the original.
- ZVM chain is designed to meet the requirements of machines 1000CC or more.
D.I.D. X-RING IS THE SUPREME LEADER IN HIGH PERFORMANCE CHAINS
Standard Sizes:
GSXR750 1985 = 530-106
GSXR750 1986-1987 = 530-110
GSXR750 1988-1997 = 530-108
Remember to increase chain length when pricing larger than standard sprockets eg a 2003 CBR600RR uses 112 links with standard 16/42 sprockets, you may need 114 links to fit 16/44.
