M4 Forged Radial Monobloc Caliper - 108mm Mounting Centres

These are official Brembo manufactured and boxed conversion kits. Sold as a caliper set (2 calipers) complete with Brembo sintered brake pads, racing temperature strips to monitor the working temperature of the calipers, a set of Brembo decals and comprehensive fitting and usage instructions. M4 Forged Radial Monobloc calipers are designed specifically for direct replacement conversion so come with main seals and road dust seals in order to protect the main seals better when used in road conditions.

The M4 makes monobloc technology available to a much wider bike community by using the very latest casting technologies by Brembo. In short, the Brembo M4 is an extremely light monolithic caliper body featuring unparalleled levels of stiffness and operating precision.

Until now real monobloc calipers have been reserved for super racing use, like those used in MotoGP and SBK. The cost manufacture, materials and in limited numbers incurred such a price it deterred the use of this technology for calipers to be fitted on normal sports bikes. Brembo through relevant engineering work have succeeded in producing a monobloc caliper at an affordable price but keeping very high technology.

• Radial mount one piece forged monobloc, 2 pad high performance caliper (108mm centres).
• 4 pot aluminium piston (Ø 34 mm) caliper design.
• High temperature main seals plus dust seals.
• Anti - vibration spring for the brake pads.
• Wide pad path design to allow these calipers to be used with standard fitment discs, HPK discs or trackday discs. (M4 forged monobloc calipers will only run with wide track discs - discs with a braking surface height of 35mm. They cannot be used with narrow track race discs).
• Designed for use with discs of a maximum thickness of 5.5mm.
• Brembo high performance sintered TT brake pads included.
• Kit includes instruction manual with all information about fitting, bleeding, maintenance and more.
• Correct spacer kit required to fit M4 brake calipers, see below under ’Related Products’.
