Barnett’s ’Series K’ Kevlar Friction Plates:

• The Series ’K’ friction plates are manufactured using kevlar which is the most durable friction material available.
• The new high density compound increases durability and helps them perform flawlessly under extreme heat conditions.
• The precision machined oil grooves encourage smoother engagement, release and smooth precise shifting.
• The Kevlar friction material is bonded to 6061-T6 alloy CNC machined cores or tempered steel cores depending on the application, allowing the clutch tab width to be increased by 80% for better wear and minimal impact on clutch baskets.
• All clutch plates are manufactured in-house to stringent quality control standards.
• 100% asbestos free.
• The ’Series K’ clutch plates are compatible with stock steel drive plates, springs, and all oils.

Barnett’s Steel Drive Plates:

• Barnett tempered steel drive clutch plates are made out of steel that is rolled to a precise thickness and flatness.
• After these plates are stamped, they go through a tumble burnishing and vibratory de-burring process to ensure a quality finish.

Barnett’s Clutch Springs:

• Barnett performance clutch springs are made from chrome silicone wire adn manufactured to precise specifications.
• All clutch spring are pre-se, heat treated and shot peened for superior performance and spring life.
